About The Yacht House
The Yacht House was established is August 2022 by young entrepreneurs who are dedicated to providing great accommodation in the beautiful area of Hartbeespoort.
It’s located close to Hartbeespoort Dam, in the heart of Schoemansville with spectacular views of the Dam and also Mountains, in a quiet and peaceful area. We offer a cozy, simple and stylish self-catering accommodation either for business, leisure travelers and groups for events like ladies night out, man’s night out, pyjama parties, private birthdays, couples retreat, end year functions and many more... You can book a room as a couple, small family, small friends, or book the whole house as a large family, friends or group. We are situated within the surrounding of all the tourist attractions, shopping complex and restaurants.
Guests have full access to a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, lounge, kitchen and rooftop area as well as secure parking in the two garage parking and also a carport behind the guesthouse. There are a lot of activities within the area, activities like boat cruises, hiking areas, cycling points, quad-biking, horse-riding and many more...

Our Rooms
Guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with DSTV that has selected channels, a fridge, a kettle, a shower, some with a bathtub, free toiletries and a desk. The guest house offers certain rooms that include a terrace and lake view, and each room has a private bathroom and a wardrobe. At The Yacht House every room is fitted with bed linen and towels.

GENERAL
Please take time to read these terms and conditions governing The Yacht House and its website.
Booking into our Guest House and accessing our website, you agree to accept, without limitation or criterion, all of these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our web or Guest House
BOOKING
The Yacht House Rates are subject to availability and fluctuations.
Standard rates are for accommodation only unless otherwise specified.
Breakfast is only on request with a minimum number of 8 people and charges are accordingly
Reservation and Booking is only confirmed after The Yacht House received at least 50% of booking charges.
Guests that wish to bring an extra guest will require the permission of the guesthouse manager and will be charged tariff.
Where a staying Guest intends to extend their stays, we strictly require guest to confirm (Payment) with the management at least 24hours before the original check out time so as to secure their room. In any case if we are not able to honor extension, Guest house will not be liable if there is no option of extension if the room is being booked by another guest. i.e. Guest will have to check out. 50% of booking is required to confirm booking; And Full payment is strictly required on Arrival.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in time is 14:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am.
Your room will be available from 14:00pm on the day of arrival, unless an earlier time has been prearranged with the Guest House. If a Guest require a late time arrival time, this must be arranged in advance.
The Yacht House reserve the right to remove a guest’s property from the room in the case of Absence or failure to pay for a stay after 11am on departure day.
Keys must be returned on day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will be charged for.
PRIVACY
Your Information is safe and strictly only for The Yacht House. Any information collected in the course of a booking will be stored on our Data bases. This will not be shared with any third parties but we may, with your agreement, contact you about any special offers or promotions in which we think you may be interested.
PAYMENTS
An EFT or Bank payment is accepted and a proof of payment is used to confirm and pay for a reservation is required to be presented the Guest House for reservation. A confirmation for reservation will be send to the guest and to be presented on check-in, in order to prove for their reservation.
We do not accept cheques as payment, only cash, EFT and credit/debit cards
Staying Guest must pay on or before 10am in case of extension for another night
To confirm bookings, At least 50% of booking is required prior reservation
All guests are required to pay their full balance before or on arrival.
The Yacht House reserves the right Not to refund any payment that is been made to us at any point in time. We operate on a strictly no refund policy.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Yacht House operates on a strict Cancellation policy, We require cancellation to be made at least 14 days before the booked date.
Less than 14 days forfeit the full amount of stay.
NO SHOWS will be charged the full accommodation.
If cancelled 30 days before occupation, full refund subject to a 20% admin fee
Refund procedure takes 7 - 14 working days.
The Yacht House reserves the right Not to refund any payment that is been made to us at any point in time. We operate on a strictly no refund policy.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATION
The Yacht House have the right to refuse accommodation from a Guest in the case the following points,
The booking has been paid through fraudulent means
The booking has been altered by anyone other than The Yacht House and its management or representatives.
The person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation
As permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
The person who booked is below the age of 18 years.
If The Yacht House suspects any threats from the Guest.
The Yacht House reserve the right to change this terms and condition at any time we see fit.
